Zusammenfassung

EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD is seeking a proactive Assistant Contract Manager / Senior Contract Executive to oversee contract administration and commercial matters for fit-out and building services projects. You will handle tender evaluation, VO/EOT claims, IPCs, and final accounts to ensure project profitability.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, review LOA and Work Orders, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, or Commercial Management.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out, renovation, or building services projects.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, project costing, and cost control.
• Hands-on experience in VO, IPC, EOT claims, and final accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS or project costing software.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Manage and review project contracts, LOA, and Work Orders.
• Monitor project budgets, costing, and expenditure to ensure cost control.
• Review tender submissions, material quotations, and subcontractor cost comparisons.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate Variation Orders (VO) and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Review and certify Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) for clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
• Manage project final accounts, claims reconciliation, and contract closure.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project documentation, and insurance matters.
• Perform such other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Management or the Board.
