Job summary

Triple H Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate site progress, control costs, ensure quality and safety, and manage stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee scheduling, manage subcontractors, review progress reports, conduct site meetings and ensure proper documentation and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Project Manager or senior project role.
• Experience in industrial factory, commercial building or Design & Build projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling and site coordination.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project planning software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee overall construction project execution.
• Monitor project schedule, work progress, manpower and site activities.
• Coordinate closely with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers and internal project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project cost, budget, resources and material requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays and technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Lead site meetings, progress meetings and internal coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Review project progress reports and provide regular updates to Management.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed according to project requirements.
• Ensure proper project documentation, records and handover upon project completion.
