Job summary

QUL HOLDINGS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale housing construction projects in Johor.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules and quality standards, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and a proven track record in cost control, site supervision, and scheduling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction housing projects.
• Strong experience in cost control, site supervision, planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, quality, and overall business targets.
• Manage and coordinate teams to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions and improvements.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor resources, manpower, equipment, and operational requirements.
• Lead and motivate employees to achieve departmental and company objectives.
