Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, building, architecture or related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant construction or property development experience, with leadership exposure.
Experience managing building projects from start to handover, with knowledge of drawings, specs and contracts.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall construction activities at the project site to meet timeline, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site operations, manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
Develop and monitor the project master programme and milestones; ensure alignment with consultants and authorities.
Conduct site and progress meetings; address technical issues and action items.
Monitor performance, quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and contractual requirements.
Prepare and submit progress reports and coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.
