Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management experience in building/construction or infrastructure.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience engaging, managing authorities and technical departments.
• Committed to completing projects with excellence and strong technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Monitor sub-contractor's day‑to‑day site work progress and ensure on‑time project completion within budgets.
• Ensure good workmanship by contractors and meet high quality standards in construction techniques.
• Liaise with appointed consultants to ensure project progress and kicks off smoothly.
• Attend meetings related to assigned projects, monitor contractor work quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants' teams on site matters and technical aspects of the project.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and resolve issues with project teams.
• Handle vacant possession and defect liability periods for the projects.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by Management.
