Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist – Governance & Reporting to lead governance, reporting, and oversight across the Compliance function. You will define metrics, ensure data integrity and provide clear, decision-focused insights to executives and the board.

You’ll lead a small team, shape governance standards, and drive regulatory change initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk, or Governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Compliance reporting cycle for all stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end narrative to Executive Management and the Board.
• Partner with CCO and senior stakeholders to shape messaging and priorities.
• Run the Compliance Committee agenda, submissions, minutes, and follow-up.
• Maintain governance discipline around escalation paths and action tracking.
• Lead the Compliance management information framework and data validation.
• Set standards for data quality and reporting discipline.
