Swift's Compliance team is expanding, and we are looking for a Compliance Specialist - Conduct & Integrity. You will support employee declaration processes, translate conduct requirements into practical policies, and help implement and monitor related controls across the organization.
Collaborating with Compliance, HR and Legal, you will review declarations, maintain records, assist with policy updates, and contribute to governance, reporting and continuous improvement in conduct and integrity.

As Compliance Specialist - Conduct & Integrity, you'll play a key role in supporting Swift's employee declaration processes, while also contributing to the broader Conduct & Integrity framework . You'll help translate conduct requirements into practical policies, processes, controls and reporting that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
This role is primarily focused on supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of Swift's employee declaration processes and related conduct controls, while providing flexible support across the broader Conduct & Integrity framework.
Working closely with stakeholders across Compliance, HR, Legal and the business, you will help ensure that conduct requirements are translated into practical processes that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
3-7 years' experience in Compliance, Ethics & Conduct, Risk, Internal Controls, HR Compliance or a related discipline. Expe
