Swift is seeking a Compliance Specialist – Conduct & Integrity to support employee declarations, conduct controls and a broader governance framework. You will translate conduct requirements into practical processes and collaborate with Compliance, HR, Legal and business stakeholders to embed these practices across the organisation.

Join Swift’s Compliance team Swift strives to operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and Swift’s Compliance team has the mission to make that happen. We’ve recently launched a major governance and regulatory change programme—so the team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex topics. As Compliance Specialist – Conduct & Integrity, you’ll play a key role in supporting Swift’s employee declaration processes, while also contributing to the broader Conduct & Integrity framework. You’ll help translate conduct requirements into practical policies, processes, controls and reporting that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
This role is primarily focused on supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of Swift’s employee declaration processes and related conduct controls, while providing flexible support across the broader Conduct & Integrity framework. Working closely with stakeholders across Compliance, HR, Legal and the business, you will help ensure that conduct requirements are translated into practical processes that are understood, operated and embedded across the organisation.
3–7 years’ experience in Compliance, Ethics & Conduct, Risk, Internal Controls, HR Compliance or a related discipline. Experience reviewing employee disclosures, declarations or conduct-related matters preferred. Experience working in a regulated or governance-focused environment preferred. Strong interest in ethics, conduct and organisational culture. Ability to interpret policies and translate requirements into practical processes. Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement. Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across Compliance, HR, Legal and the business. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information. Ability to identify themes, trends and emerging risks. Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in building and enhancing frameworks and processes. Professional proficiency in English. Experience supporting process improvements, system changes, or operational enhancements would be an advantage.
