Job summary

Swift is seeking a Compliance Specialist – Conduct & Integrity to support employee declarations, conduct controls and a broader governance framework. You will translate conduct requirements into practical processes and collaborate with Compliance, HR, Legal and business stakeholders to embed these practices across the organisation.

You will help maintain documentation, contribute to policy updates, and assist with audits and regulatory reporting as the Conduct & Integrity capability evolves.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ experience in Compliance, Ethics & Conduct, Risk, Internal Controls, HR Compliance or related discipline.
• Experience reviewing employee disclosures, declarations or conduct-related matters preferred.
• Experience in regulated or governance-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of employee declaration processes and related controls.
• Review conflict-of-interest declarations, gifts and hospitality disclosures, annual compliance attestations and other conduct-related submissions.
