Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, quality/management systems.
• Experience with ISO certification and customer audits.
• Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with SEDEX/SMETA and manufacturing environments preferred.
• Understanding SCAN/C-TPAT and supply-chain security is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies, procedures, risk register and compliance calendar.
• Coordinate internal, external, certification and customer audits, including audit preparation, findings, CAPA and follow-up.
• Oversee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Coordinate SEDEX/SMETA, SCAN/C-TPAT and customer-specific compliance requirements.
• Monitor applicable Malaysian legal and regulatory requirements, licences, permits and statutory obligations.
• Oversee document control, records management and management-system documentation.
• Work closely with HR, Quality, EHS, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering and other departments to close compliance gaps.
• Monitor corrective actions, recurring non-conformities, compliance KPIs and audit performance.
• Conduct compliance awareness and training programmes.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and recommendations to improve compliance performance.

Senior Compliance Executive - Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate the company's compliance and management system activities. The role will ensure readiness for ISO, customer, social compliance, regulatory and supply-chain security audits, while driving continual improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies, procedures, risk register and compliance calendar.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Compliance, Quality Management, Environmental Management, OSH, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, quality/management systems, social compliance, EHS or related functions.
• Experience in a Senior Executive, Assistant Manager or Manager position is an advantage.
• Practical experience in ISO certification and customer audits.
• Experience in SEDEX/SMETA and manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SCAN/C-TPAT and supply-chain security is an advantage.
• Good understanding of applicable Malaysian regulatory requirements.
