Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Perai, Penang, is seeking a Senior Commodity Analyst Indirect to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management across indirect spend. You will drive cost optimization and RFQ processes with internal stakeholders to deliver value.

Responsibilities include data analysis of spend and pricing trends, negotiations, supplier performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. A strong analytical mindset and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials planning.
• Experience in data analysis, RFQ handling, and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (cost analysis, pricing comparison).
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
