Job summary

Flex is seeking a Commodity Analyst Indirect in Perai, Penang to lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across indirect spend categories.

Responsibilities include RFQ support, data analysis of spend and pricing trends, supplier negotiations, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and performance bonus.

• Assist in negotiations and contract execution with selected suppliers.
• Maintain and monitor supplier performance and delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, finance) to clarify requirements.
• Support cost savings, cost avoidance, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Analyze and report commodity risks, market trends, and sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and processes.

Education
