Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Commodity Analyst Indirect to join our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team in Perai, Penang. You will lead sourcing strategy for indirect spend, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across categories.

You will support RFQ processes, analyze spend data, and participate in negotiations to secure favorable contracts. Collaboration with operations, engineering, and finance is essential to ensure requirements are met and cost-saving opportunities are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials planning.
• Experience in data analysis, RFQ handling, and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (cost analysis, pricing comparison).
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems.

Responsibilities
