Flex is seeking a Senior Commodity Analyst Indirect in Perai, Penang to lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across indirect spend categories.

Daily duties include supporting RFQ processes, price analysis, supplier selection, data analysis on spend and cost drivers, and negotiations with suppliers. Collaboration with operations, engineering, and finance is essential to clarify requirements and drive savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or materials planning.
• Experience in data analysis, RFQ handling, and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills (cost analysis, pricing comparison).
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
