Job summary

BD is seeking a Master Data and Commercial Operations analyst in Kuala Lumpur to ensure data accuracy before loading, administer Salesforce, and produce sales performance reports. You will work with Business and Distributors to collate demand planning data and integrate IMS, trade, and financial datasets for management reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years Supply Chain experience, preferably from Medical or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred (i.e.: SAP, Salesforce etc.)
• Highly developed problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Ensure Master Data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system.
• Administration of Salesforce.com ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Implement system changes and produce sales performance reports
• Collaborate with Business and Distributors on Demand Purchase Planning data
• Generate management reports from IMS, Trade sales, and Financial data
