Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a Data Analyst to prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and monitor KPIs with operations teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis and reporting, proficient Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with SQL/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure reporting accuracy.
Work closely with operations teams to understand business performance and reporting requirements.
Develop and improve reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting systems.
Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Support Operations Excellence initiatives by tracking performance and improvement projects.
