Job summary

Medtronic in Malaysia seeks a Senior Training and Education Specialist – Medical Education to advance clinical knowledge and therapy adoption for CRDN products. You will partner with medical affairs, clinical, marketing, and compliance to identify educational needs and deliver high‑quality learning programs.

You will lead hands‑on training, coordinate training centers, and ensure programs comply with regulatory guidelines while tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical laboratory, training, or medical device industry experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical/clinical training programs.
• Ability to manage training projects from design to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or coordinating across teams.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Interventional cardiology exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver training programs on products, procedures, and therapies.
• Gather information to design courses; create content and learning materials.
• Ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and global standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain relevance of training initiatives.
• Review and update content to keep materials current and accurate.
• Track learning outcomes and therapy adoption; drive program impact.
