Allianz in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Senior Claims Specialist to oversee end-to-end P&C claim handling, from notification to settlement, including fraud investigations and process improvements. You will monitor, review, and optimize guidelines, while coordinating with Adjusters and cross-functional teams to reduce leakage and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in P&C claims, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with AI tools to streamline tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field (P&C) required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in P&C claim handling.
• Strong understanding of claims processes and policy conditions.
• Good judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT for task simplification.

Mansioni

• Regular review of open files to identify root causes of claims leakage and translate findings into action plans.
• Manage specialised claims from notification to settlement, including adjuster investigations.
• Periodically monitor outstanding claim files with Adjusters.
• Review processes and propose improvements to claim guidelines and work flows.
• Assist in departmental admin, systems and procedures for smooth operations.
• Investigate potential fraud cases and identify fraud patterns.
