Prepare progress and financial reports, evaluate contractor claims, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with contractors and clients.
• Strong technical site and analytical skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management including civil, structural, and geotechnical works.
• Supervise site staff and maintain communication between clients, contractors and local authorities.
• Prepare progress and financial reports, evaluate contractor claims, ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain organized project documentation, conduct random quality checks and monitor progress.
• Coordinate liaison with authorities such as SESB, TM, JKR and others, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety and health requirements on-site.
