Private Advertiser in Sabah is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Construction / Property Development) to oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work meets drawings, specs, and safety standards.

You will manage progress, monitor quality, liaise with project stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive site records while guiding a team toward on-time project delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure construction works are carried out efficiently and according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth construction progress.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure works are properly planned and executed.
• Monitor site progress against the approved project programme and construction schedule, identifying potential delays and taking appropriate corrective action.
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors' performance, workmanship, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works meet the required quality standards and approved specifications.
• Identify, coordinate, and resolve technical, construction, and site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and disruption.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety requirements, statutory regulations, approved procedures, and company standards.
• Maintain proper and up-to-date site records, daily reports, progress reports, inspection records, site instructions, and relevant documentation.
• Attend and participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress discussions with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
