Conlay Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee large-scale high-rise construction sites in Malaysia. You will manage project planning, control, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 20+ years in building construction, strong leadership, independence, and willingness to relocate. You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, report progress to top

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 20 years of working experience in building construction.
• High rise building construction experience will be an advantaged.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
• Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.
• Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.
• Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• To report project progress to top management from time to time.
