Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management and laboratory operations.
• Knowledge of validation and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 and HALAL standards is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and train chemists, QC and formulation staff.

Job description

We are an established manufacturing of plastic containers and household products with ISO 9001:2008 and HALAL certified company. To support our steady growth and inline to our expanding at our new plant at Ijok, Kuala Selangor, we now seek dynamic, self-motivated people with a combination of academic excellence and proven track record to join our team.

• -Responsible for the new product and test methods development.
• -Ensuring products meet company and industry standards and customer specifications.
• -Perform complaint investigation and implementation of CAPA.
• -Respinsible for the training and managing of chemists, quality and formulating personnels.
• -Responsible to manage the external and internal audits.
• -Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• -Provide support on lab batch, pilot batch and production batch testing and compile all the data for process validation.
• -Responsible for the development of validation plan and perform test methods validation when necessary.
• -Responsible for the performing the gap analysis to the new projects' requirements.
• -Writing technical papers and prepare monthly QC related reports.
• -Develop close working relationship with external parties such as customers, suppliers, and testing laboratories.
• -Responsible to prepare and updates SOP when required.
• -Monitor and ensure all the lab equipment are well maintained, calibrated and used in a proper manner.
• -Provide technical support on production process, raw material analysis, quality troubleshooting and customer inquiries.
• -Perform other additional responsibility as instructed by Manager.
