Job summary

Standard Chartered’s Group Internal Audit & Investigation (GIAI) seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead Change Transformation audits. You will assess risk, plan fieldwork, and report on transformation processes across Group COO portfolios, supporting governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves complex, cross-functional audits, Agile and Classic delivery reviews, and active collaboration with Group and Country stakeholders to drive timely, value-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of audit experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management and Agile concepts.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional audits across locations and functions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Maintain awareness of business strategy and transformation priorities within GIAI.
• Business: Plan, execute and report internal audits to GIAI standards and timelines.
• Business: Deliver actionable, value-added audit recommendations and drive improvements.
• Processes: Conduct audits in-line with Group Internal Audit methodology.
• People & Talent: Build strong relationships with business audit teams to enable integrated work.
• Risk Management: Complete risk assessment activities and monitor key risks in Change Management.
• Governance: Assess effectiveness of Transformation governance, oversight and controls.
• Regulatory & Business Conduct: Uphold Group Values and Code of Conduct, ensure regulatory compliance.
