Qualifications

• Min of 10 years of proven work experience as a PMO or similar role in product/services organisations.
• Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders.
• Change Management experience in UK market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise Collaboration – connect across businesses, functions, and markets to resolve problems.
• Lead, Drive, Influence – align stakeholder objectives across regions.
• Governance – oversee execution, provide status on funding, risks, and dependencies.
• Risk identification and mitigation – ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Tracking and reporting – deliver comprehensive reporting of initiatives to PMO Office and stakeholders.
• Management of investment pool – prioritise resources to strategic execution.
• Benefit Realisation – monitor investment goals via KPIs and outcomes.
• Provide portfolio view and ensure coordination across regions.
