Job summary

Maybank MGA is seeking a Strategic Delivery Office Squad Member to support modernisation across the audit community. The role involves hands-on execution of strategic initiatives, digital enablement, and process improvements to drive efficiency and value.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and tracking initiatives, engaging with auditors, delivering training and communications, and applying AI tools for bottleneck detection and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in process improvement, change management, project management, AI adoption and deployment or operations uplift.
• Transformation management / Digital transformation experience; management consulting experience is advantageous.
• Change management / AI deployment experience; management consulting experience is advantageous.
• LEAN, PMP, PRINCE2, ICAgile, Prosciled (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work with auditors, tech teams and senior stakeholders; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking modernisation initiatives across MGA.
• Support process redesign, digital enablement, and workforce uplift activities.
• Engage with auditors to understand readiness, pain points, and support needs.
• Deliver change activities including communications, training, and feedback loops.
• Identify inefficiencies across audit units and recommend improvements.
• Support rollout of agile practices and Maybank culture initiatives.
• Encourage experimentation, idea-sharing, and localised problem‑solving.
• Provide insights that inform long‑term modernisation strategies.
• Use AI and digital tools to identify bottlenecks, spot automation opportunities, and enhance productivity.
