Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, reporting to the Delivery Manager. You will translate business needs into future‑state ERP requirements, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and R2R processes.

You will coordinate with Finance users, IT teams and external partners on changes, deployments and upgrades. The role emphasizes change management, process improvement and ensuring successful delivery of end‑to‑end R2R solutions across Finance operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Experience with R2R, O2C, P2P and EPM modules.
• Documentation, design and testing activities for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering to go‑live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to document processes and align requirements.
• Create functional designs, configuration recommendations and implementation plans.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and validation of results.
• Work with partners and Finance teams on data migrations and upgrades.
