Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Workforce Transformation (WX) portfolio. The role emphasizes delivery excellence, client engagement, and practical application of TOM and org design concepts in large-scale transformations.

You will contribute to change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts, while also supporting proposals and business development activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including hands-on delivery.
• Experience delivering OCM workstreams on transformation programs, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of TOM and org design, workforce planning, and workforce transition; exposure to AI-driven transformation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with client stakeholders on solutions content.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery across programs, including change strategy, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and training adoption.
• Apply cross-pillar WX knowledge in TOM, org design, and workforce planning to support OCM delivery.
• Lead client engagement and delivery excellence, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and guidance to junior team members.
• Support proposal development and identify opportunities with current clients.
