Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal in Workforce Transformation (OCM) to lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management engagements, combining delivery leadership with a strong business development mandate. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, including end-to-end ownership of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training/adoption, and measurement.
• Experience leading OCM workstreams on large, complex transformation programs, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Working knowledge of Target Operating Model design, org design, and AI-enabled workforce transformation approaches.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development, client pitching, and business development within professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management engagements, owning delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Design and execute change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption plans aligned to program outcomes.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, sponsor coaching, and change network models.
• Oversee communications and training strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Collaborate across WX pillars on TOM design, workforce planning, and future-of-workforce initiatives.
• Lead or significantly contribute to proposals, solutioning, and deal support to grow the practice.
• Mentor and develop project teams, and manage client relationships at senior levels.
