Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join the Transformation team, based in Laverton North or Malaysia, with the opportunity to own and lead global and regional initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Change Lead, you will design change strategies, build stakeholder engagement, drive organizational readiness and support adoption of new processes and systems across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Experienced change management professional with a proven track record delivering organizational change across enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, learning and adoption planning.
• Experience supporting large-scale business, digital, ERP, HRIS or supply chain transformations.
• Excellent influencing skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach.
• Confident coaching sponsors, facilitating workshops and building alignment across diverse teams, functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across strategic business transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications and adoption activities aligned to the Nufarm Change Framework.
• Partner with project leaders, sponsors and business stakeholders to assess impacts, manage change risks and improve organizational readiness.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to effectively lead change and engage their teams throughout transformation journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and change forums across global and regional stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Corporate Affairs and subject matter experts to deliver effective communication and learning solutions.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Nufarm's change capability, methodology and Community of Practice.
