Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Change Manager / Problem Manager to join the Global Enterprise IT team based in Malaysia. The role focuses on protecting service stability, leading Change and Problem Management, and driving root-cause analysis across the global IT landscape.

You will work with service delivery, infrastructure, applications, and MSPs to ensure low-risk changes, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Change Management and Problem Management within an IT Service Management environment.
• Strong understanding of CAB processes, risk assessment, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end Change Management process across the global IT environment.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and support informed decision-making on proposed changes.
• Lead Problem Management activities and coordinate RCA investigations.
• Maintain and improve the Known Error Database (KEDB) and drive post-incident reviews.
