Job summary

Qatar Airways in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a Senior Cargo Customer Service Agent to support import/export operations on behalf of Qatar Airways Cargo. You will coordinate with Ground Handling Agents, QR Cargo sales, and internal departments to ensure accurate bookings, timely deliveries and high-quality service for customers and partners.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data reconciliation, and regular reporting to monitor customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
Must have the legal right to live and work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Interact with Ground Handling Agents on behalf of Qatar Airways Cargo for import and export matters.
Coordinate with QR Cargo sales team.
Ensure safety and security regulations are followed at all times.
Reconsolidate booking requests from freight forwarders and direct customers.
Input data in booking system according to airline instructions as per CSM.
Coordinate with region stations and GSAs to ensure input accuracy.
Support customers and liaise with customs, health authorities and other parties.
Distribute cargo information to customers, customs and authorities.
Produce weekly/monthly experience related reports.
