Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and Supervisor in the Air Export Department.
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Coordinate and negotiate rates with vendors.
• Prepare documents for international transportation.
• Interact with customers regarding export shipments.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
