Job summary

Malaysia Airlines in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Officer, Central Processing Office to handle inbound, outbound, and transit cargo documentation. You will ensure accurate load information is dispatched to Loadsheet and related systems within required service standards for flight load planning.

The role requires 1–2 years in cargo operations or aviation ground services; familiarity with DGR and ULD handling is preferred. Shift work and strong attention to detail are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/SPMV/STPM/DVM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Finalize the cargo load and submit final load details to the Load Sheet at least two hours before STD.
• Monitor flight schedules using Flight Monitoring System and act when necessary.
• Ensure all flight documents are complete and accurate; coordinate with vendor to dispatch them.
• Prepare, verify, and complete all documentation per cargo manifest.
• Handover documents to vendor and log the process.
• Conduct daily stock checks of pigeonholes and address discrepancies.
• Coordinate with units regarding last‑minute shipments or changes to flight load.
• Prepare and dispatch NOTOC and file DG documents.
• Update AWB information and related charges accurately in the system.
• Enter pallet numbers, pieces, weight, and destination for each ULD.
• Process amendments requested by customers based on original documents.
• Deliver documents to consignees or agents within service standards.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service expectations.
• Maintain IMS filing and daily 5S cleanliness.
