Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Oracle parameters for accurate material purchasing.
• Manage procurement lifecycle including POs, change orders, and quotes.
• Create and manage OS POs for outsourcing operations.
• Analyze costs and plan volume across major commodity groups.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering to secure inventory.
• Forecast availability and supplier constraints via market intelligence.
• Address supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Identify alternative suppliers when current vendors become non-competitive.
• Oversee cost roll processes aligned with financial planning.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs like OTD, cost savings, and lead times.
• Participate in procurement and supply chain process improvements.

Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Agile & Oracle parameters to ensure accurate material purchasing
• Manage the full lifecycle of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, change orders, and quote requests
• Create and manage OSP Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure seamless outsourcing operations
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis and plan for volume requirements across major commodity groups (e.g., raw materials, components, equipment, and services).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams to secure inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Forecast product availability and supply constraints through proactive supplier engagement and market intelligence
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing
• Identify and qualify alternative suppliers, particularly when existing vendors are no longer competitive
• Oversee cost roll processes to ensure alignment with financial planning
• Monitor supplier performance using defined KPIs such as APOP achievement, cost savings realized, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and lead time improvement
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to procurement and supply chain efficiency

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and MRP processes
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle supplier issues effectively
