The Senior Business Development Executive will spearhead growth, identify new markets, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships with procurement teams and clinicians nationwide.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Proven sales track record in sales and business development.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and markets.
• Drive business development activities to grow FC-BIOS market presence nationwide.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, business KPIs, and territory expansion objectives.
• Promote and sell medical equipment, including pharmaceutical refrigerators, freezers, and real-time temperature monitoring systems.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement teams, clinicians, and key decision makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions with customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to lead promotional activities and represent FC-BIOS at events/exhibitions.

Established in 1989, FC-BIOS Sdn Bhd specialises in supplying Biomedical Fridge and Freezers to Healthcare and Life Science sectors.

Partnering a Fortune 500 specialist with competitively priced, state of the art medical refrigeration and cold storage equipment, the Midea Biomedical brand is much sought after.

Sold successfully with an essential and strategic next generation, real time centralised temperature monitoring system.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to further spearhead this exponential growth.

What You'll Do

Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and markets.

Drive business development activities to grow FC-BIOS market presence and customer base nationwide.

Achieve assigned sales targets, business KPIs, and territory expansion objectives.

Promote and sell medical equipment, including pharmaceutical refrigerators, freezers, and real-time temperature monitoring systems.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement teams, clinicians, and key decision makers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions with customers.

Work closely with the Marketing team to lead promotional activities and represent FC-BIOS at events/exhibitions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide market intelligence.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Proven sales track record in sales and business development skills.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar capacity.

The Cold Chain Division started its operation in 2006 with its first project to replace an aged analogue centralized temperature monitoring system at the Blood Bank of University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) which is still today operating after 14 years. We've since then since grown to over 1500 installed sites across Malaysia which utilize our Real Time IoT systems, encompassing Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, and major cold chain storage sites. Our team is currently playing fundamental role in COVID-19 Vaccine storage within Malaysia.
