Job summary

FC-BIOS Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Operations) to lead our Warehouse & Logistics team in Subang Jaya. You will oversee inbound, outbound and inventory operations, supervise the warehouse staff, and coordinate with Sales, Service and Procurement to keep operations accurate, safe and efficient.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, 5+ years in warehouse operations including 2 in supervision, and strong ERP/WMS, inventory control and MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems and good MS Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work under pressure
• Experience in laboratory equipment, medical or chemical distribution is an advantage
