Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to act as the primary liaison between the BD Director, clients, partners, and internal departments in Subang Jaya. You will coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and support tenders and client relations to drive growth.

You will review agreements, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations while managing confidential matters and maintaining high professional standards.

Senior Business Development Executive - Interior Design Project

Act as the primary liaison between the BD Director, clients, business partners, and internal departments.

Coordinate and follow up on meetings, action plans, and business decisions, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

Review, summarize, and provide insights on business agreements, proposals, and strategic matters.

Support business development initiatives, sales activities, tender submissions, and client relationship management.

Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support company growth.

Assist in developing and executing business development plans aligned with company objectives.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, presentations, reports, correspondence, and business documents.

Manage confidential matters, meeting arrangements, executive schedules, and professional communications.

Handle tender documentation and ensure compliance with client and consultant requirements.

Coordinate projects, stakeholder communications, and post-sales client support

Support revenue generation efforts and contribute towards achieving company KPI targets.

Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as directed by the BD Director.

Requirement

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a commercial, business development, quantity surveying, project, or related environment.

Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Construction, or related industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., clients, consultants, and business partners).

Strong integrity, commitment, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Good writing, organizational, analytical, and computer skills (MS Office Applications).

Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills and provide practical solutions.
