Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Contract / QS assistant to support project documentation and administrative tasks in our Malaysia operations. You will help prepare quotations, tenders, monitor variation orders, and track project costs alongside the team.

You will also assist in preparing progress claims, certifications and invoices, and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract / QS team with project documentation and administrative work.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and related documents.
• Monitor and record Variation Orders (VO) and project claims.
• Check project costs, supplier and sub-contractor costs against budgets.
• Prepare progress claims, certifications and invoices.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.
• Assist with project site activities and ensure documentation is maintained according to SOP.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
