Job summary

Deutsche Post seeks a skilled professional to drive industrial projects within DHL Global Forwarding. You will align short- and long-term plans with regional leadership, ensuring profitable growth and strong customer engagement across key accounts.

Role requires strategic insight, market analysis, and excellent communication to influence stakeholders and execute cross-functional initiatives. Experience in oil & energy cargo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience preferably in an MNC environment. Experience in Oil & Energy industry or odd sized cargo movements is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizing capabilities; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the company’s short and long term plans through effective planning and organizing.
• Drive profitable growth and development of Industrial Projects.
• Conduct market intelligence for Industrial Projects.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management of customers and review performance.
• Take corrective actions to meet KPIs and deliver best DHL services to customers.
• Participate in and contribute to the country’s strategic planning process.
• Formulate and implement short & long term strategies by industry segment to acquire and expand business.
