This role provides operational and business development support, including application processing, operator enquiries, documentation, reporting, data analysis, and new operator prospecting activities.

Key responsibilities

Application processing, existing operator enquiries, documentation and follow-ups

Excel dashboards and operator performance analysis

Workload tracking and opportunity identification

New operator prospecting and market research

Acquisition support when required

Maintain databases and track performance

Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities

Liaise professionally with existing operators and internal departments

Work independently while supporting the Business Development Manager in daily operations and business development activities

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development support, sales coordination, account management, or administrative operations

Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending matters

Ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support business growth initiatives
