Job Description (JD)
Acts as the primary liaison or ‘bridge’ between business stakeholders, technology team and external partners, translating business requirements into a language that Technology can understand.
Interact with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand their problems and needs, solve business problems and, where required, design technical solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting, dashboard and analytical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Assists the Program/Project Manager in liaising with project workstreams, Technology teams and SMEs where input is required.
Leads and facilitates stakeholder interviews, workshops and meetings to collect, analyze, validate and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manages and communicates business and functional requirements to ensure solutions meet agreed business needs.
Maintain requirements traceability across business requirements, functional specifications, testing activities and solution delivery.
Conduct current-state vs future-state analysis and identify process, system and data gaps to support solution design.
Performs Business Process Analysis, including analyzing, documenting and improving business processes, and gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements.
Performs Systems Analysis, including analyzing functional behavior, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), documenting logical system components and creating functional specifications.
Analyze data requirements, data flows and integration points across systems to support solution design and reporting requirements.
Assess business, operational, compliance and regulatory impacts arising from solution changes and new initiatives.
Produces project deliverables based on documented requirements and SME input.
Assists in testing activities, including preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), development of test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Support defect triage, root cause analysis and issue resolution activities during testing and implementation phases.
Participates in implementation activities and provides post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and issue resolution.
