Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month renewable contract based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance System enhancements and implementation projects, working across business analysis, user acceptance testing, and system support functions.

Job description

This is a 6-month renewable contract role based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance System enhancement and implementation projects, working across business analysis, user acceptance testing, and system support functions.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the Trade Finance System enhancement and implementation projects

Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements

Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs

Prepare UAT test scenarios, scripts, and test data based on operational workflows

Execute UAT cycles, track defects, and validate system functionality

Ensure system behavior meets expected business rules and regulatory requirements

Work closely with Trade Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive system integration and workflow alignment

Support communication between business users and technical teams

Provide day-to-day support on system usage, troubleshooting, and issue investigation

Conduct training sessions and user briefings on system features and new enhancements

About you

1-8 years of experience as Business Analyst

Experience or internship exposure to UAT, business analysis, or trade operations

Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn

Team player with strong self-initiative and adaptability

Basic understanding of Trade Finance products (e.g., Letters of Credit, Guarantes, Collections) is beneficial
