Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to drive insurance product and process improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into clear documentation, and support automation and digital platform initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication to align delivery priorities in Agile/DevOps environments, across technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business project delivery practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
