Job summary

OffGamers Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business requests into clear requirements for our online marketplaces and payments platform. You will work with design, tech and QA to refine PRDs and ensure deliverables meet business goals.

You will run kickoff sessions, own the requirements, write use cases and acceptance criteria, and break work into stories in Shortcut. You’ll sign off PRDs, guide QA, and help improve templates and AI prompts for better drafts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a BA on digital products (e-commerce/fintech a plus).
• Writes clear PRDs readable by engineers, designers and managers.
• Tests features and spots gaps; uses AI tools weekly.
• Familiar with API specs and data tables; agile with Shortcut/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Run kick-off sessions to uncover the problem and success metrics.
• Review the BRD and ask unanswered questions.
• Write use cases, process flows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Break work into stories in Shortcut.
• Coordinate with design, tech and QA through PRD sign-off and validation.
• Support QA during SIT/UAT and write the user guide.
