Dualtap Property Management Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily building operations, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with tenants in Johor Bahru. The role requires a relevant degree and 3 years of facilities management experience in stratified or high-rise buildings, with English and Malay proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

You will manage health and safety compliance, budget considerations, and vendor performance to maintain property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant degree and 3 years of relevant experience in stratified development or high rise building facilities management.
• Must be able to speak and write in English and Malay.
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Have a good understanding of Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
• To Manage the daily operations of the building according to agreed project contract and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• To lead the team assigned to you, supervise and plan out tasks and schedules
• To supervise and improvise the works of all related vendors to the management (cleaners, securities, landscapers, etc).
