Job summary

PROTON is seeking a Senior Executive, Branding (Group Communication) to develop and implement brand strategy across domestic and international markets, leveraging brand and product equities and consumer insights. The role focuses on establishing a strong brand identity, loyalty, and growth by guiding CI governance, activation, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/branding or related field.
• 2–5 years in brand management or marketing communications.
• Experience in brand activation, events, sponsorships or campaigns.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand CI governance and guideline execution.
• Internal and external branding, activation, and partnerships for domestic and international markets.
• Assist in strategic brand planning and roadmaps (short to mid-long term).
• Trademark/IP management liaison with Legal and Finance on licensing and transfer pricing.
• Monthly divisional reporting and supporting brand executions (events, sponsorships, etc.).
