Job summary

Setel is seeking a Manager, Brand Communications & Activations to lead integrated brand campaigns and activations across Malaysia. You will own PR, media relations, and partnerships while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent brand experiences.

The role calls for a strategic thinker with strong execution, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills, driving high-impact campaigns and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR/Communications or related field.
• 10-12 years in brand communications and activations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns and activations.
• Own PR strategy, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Plan on-ground and digital activations, events, and experiential marketing.
• Lead strategic brand partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee media planning and buying to optimise spend and reach.
