• Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Project Management skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess intellectual skills to analyze client challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and align branding solutions with business objectives.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, branding, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative processes.
• Experience in property, lifestyle, or corporate branding projects will be an added advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in WP Kuala Lumpur, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Translate client objectives into clear creative briefs and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, creative and production teams; provide strategic consultation and contribute to proposals and quotations.
