VML is seeking a proactive Key Account Representative in Kuala Lumpur to service agency and client accounts. You will manage day-to-day client services, build strong relationships, and work with the Account Director to drive marketing initiatives.

You will evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor competitive activity, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. The role requires strong communication and project management skills within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with clients.
• Knowledge of agency functions (strategy, production, media, research, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
