Qualifications

• Approximately 6–8 years of experience in brand strategy, customer experience strategy, service design, consulting or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic writing skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing frameworks, customer journeys or strategic recommendations that can be translated into execution.
• Confident presenting and facilitating discussions with client stakeholders.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex or incomplete information into a clear point of view.
• Experience working on complex customer, service or operational environments would be advantageous.
• Previous mentoring or team-development experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer journey strategies, experience frameworks and operational protocols grounded in research and business objectives.
• Translate complex business, customer and operational inputs into clear strategic recommendations.
• Define KPI and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed strategies.
• Benchmark against category practices and relevant cross-industry examples.
• Identify gaps, opportunities and priorities across customer and service experiences.
• Work directly with client stakeholders through strategy workshops, working sessions and validation discussions.
• Present strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across teams with different priorities and functional perspectives.
• Support the translation of strategy into practical implementation requirements.
• Work closely with researchers and designers to ensure recommendations are evidence-based and executable.
• Provide strategic direction and feedback throughout project development.
• Support and mentor junior strategists or researchers where required.
